Damn, these guys must’ve gone home itchy as hell every day.
I bought an HS-300 because of you :)
Congratulations! They are quite nice machines. I especially like the fact that Brother decided to switch to linear rails with the 300 series. My HS-100 uses linear ball strips in precision ground grooves, which makes the entire tank more likely to wobble about. Is your machine up and running?
I have an HS-300 and use it for production daily, got it after watching your videos and spent about 5-6 months getting it running smoothly :)
Now that is called engineering! Not today's flimsy, draw up a cad and give a poorly toleranced print to a machinist, pat yourself on the back variety.
Klasse 👌👌👌
It’s tough to beat the old ways of presenting material like this.
I have one used it many years great little machine . However mine powers up but the table travels dont move . I cant seem to find anyone that repairs them
Unfortunately, there is hardly anyone left who offers any service for Brother EDM machines. I had to repair every fault on my machine myself. Do you get any sort of error message when you try to move your table (Servo Error, Scale Error, PRG Error etc.?) Have you tried jogging your axis manually or within a program?
There is no error message or any error codes . I have tried manual joging , simple program and jogging in 1 and 2 modes . These are such a simple no frills machine. Its Unfortunate they do not support them anymore ...nice to know there is someone such as yourself keeping these little guys running. I Enjoyed your video. 😊
@@clarkedavis545 That's really odd. If the glass scales detect no change in position or movement despite a program beeing carried out, there should be an immediate SERVO ERROR or SCALE ERROR. Just to be sure, you have entered some value for JOG 1 and JOG 2 Parameters? And you have also entered "1000" in the SCALE parameter? There could be something wrong on the servo PCB, although I'd try a total reset first.
Protective equipment? Nah, I'd win
Most worth and very interesting.thank you the producer and uploader❤❤❤
Nice to see one of these in action 😀 Have a HS-300 myself.
Definitely custom. Interesting that they went to the trouble of making a song with english lyrics.
As far as I know, Deutz Fahr tried to establish the Top-Liner series on the US market. Needless to say, they were not very successful.
Oh I found an HS-300, could you share the software to transfer?
Oh this would be handy to have, I can't seem to find one though.
what's the source of this video? is this taken from a documentary?

I searching the pin connection of cable. From pc 9 pin to machine 25 pin. I need a help. Is possible?
Solved
@@nicolabaggio4639 Hi! If you still need to correct pin setting for the HS-100, just send me your email adress, I can send you over my documentation.
@@WhiteBoxProductions I'd love any documentation you can share, just got an HS-300
Hi! Sorry, your first comment didn't get through. I've got the COMS software and a PDF manual for the machine. Just send me your email address and I'll send you all the information I have got.
this is a banger
To be honest, I just uploaded it here, hoping that RUclips's allmighty copyright content detection system would flag it. That way I would at least find out what it's called ^^
@@WhiteBoxProductions I do that all the time too, I hate when it doesn't pick up lol.
Now none were much worse but few as easy to rehearse, with laid back atittude and maybe even a little rude not bother bothering much more, especially mirrored in the pay, and the smart alexes built these in that way, there is much else than to wait for fitters and hit the hay, ofcourse the traveler has to get there on maybe still the appointment , but that will be waiting with a train dissapointment , they built these new shiny and fangled but youre screwed if the tiniest bolt goes a dangle, trhough the samrt display, there is few other words than of dismay to relay to the passenger of we have gone a dither and the TMS glitches in its display
Where is this from, what's the source?
cobble due defrant speed
Its a good machine? Witch program you use to transfer gcode do machine?
I'd say it's the ideal machine for a small workshop or for hobby use. The software used for transfer is called "Brocom" and works with the HS-100 up to the HS-5100.
Thank you. i will buy a hs 300 hope everthing fine😊
@@WhiteBoxProductions can you send the prog" brocom" by mail?
So sorry, @@Ignitions I somehow missed your last comment. If you still need the program, just send me your email adress, I'll gladly share the program with you!
@@WhiteBoxProductionsHi, do you know of Brocom works with the HS70a or HS50a machines? Do you know what software I could use for those machines?

Would be crazy if this was pauls dad lol
Do you use RS232 with your machine to load programs or do you manually program on the machine?
I mainly use RS232, but for dead easy things I sometimes program by hand.
TOT sent me here
Someone else has said so before. Do you remember which one of TOT's videos is about cobbles?
shooting the poop #5! whole bunch oe stuff in that, its towards the start. worked in a mill in a previous life and briefed it.
Very good
This is very educational video. I like !
that is just outstanding explanation and impressive visualization.
